Hi,
I just got the new MT RAM chips for my Apple IIe, I installed them and everything's fine.
The much desired positive self-test response has arrived:

This data sheet for the Apple IIe says the right chips should be TMS4164-15, but I hope the MT4264-12 I installed would do the job as well as those.
Way to go. Congrats!
Thank you!
Congratulations on getting it going again. USA flag on them?? How ancient are those?
Here2Learn,
thank you!
The date codes are between 8722 and 8732, so they're from May/August 1987.
They're so young, only 30 years old!
Thank you for the info.
By the time those chips were manufactured I think Micron had solved the reliability issues.
Keith,
that's good news.
