Itunes help

Hi everyone,
I have a user that uses Itunes with his Ipod most of the time everything works fine. Yesterday he recived an update and when he did it synced all his files to a network drive that kills my server. I looked everywhere I can think of and the only thing I found is where is itunes folder is on his local drive. Any idea why everyonce in a while it tries to sync to my server??
