I finally received a hand scanner to match with my Vitesse quickie apple II card. The problem is I cant find software to make it run on he Apple IIe, only the IIgs.
I know they released it first for the original Apple II series, here is a photo:
I have tested out the IIgs software, it works and has more features and is completely more useful! But that is borring! I want a scanner on my Apple IIe; that is much more interesting.
Does anyone know where I can find the 140KB vitesse Quickie software for the IIe? Please let me know.
I'm assuming you saw on the site you took the picture from, you could buy it for $5+ s&h. Small price to pay, and you could image it and give back to the community (assuming that it is non existent currently).
