Hi everyone. I assemble Apple 1 replica using the maximum USSR components (In the future, 2513 will be replaced by РФ2, MK4096 will be replaced by РУ4, etc).
At the moment I am debugging a video terminal. There are two problems:1. The image on the display flashes and moves. It looks like a problem in the monitor used, apparently does not support vertical synchronization of 60 hertz.Already ordered a new monitor, I hope this will help
2. @_ disappear on the screen within a couple of seconds (are the registers cleared?)If I remove all 2504, I see @@ and they do not disappear. Not yet figured out what the problem is.Has anyone had a similar problem?
Some photos of my replica: https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1-G6J9XzFr16HSCdvPX-V7gShRYp42gpw
UPD: Some times if I turn on/off my AI replica several times, "@_" replaced by "@#". https://drive.google.com/file/d/1-AVchyRI3lvSLTXYuTsxsa6840VzftZc/view?usp=sharing
That's a really interesting project. Please keep us updated.
Please post images and video locally, instead of linking to your google drive. I'd like the content shared here to remain viewable in perpetuity.
Currently solved all the problems described above.
1. The monitor has been changed.2. The Soviet analog of DS0025 requires a slightly different accompanying circuitry.
I also assembled the processor part and launch the computer.

Big milestone passed. now I will gradually replace the remaining components with Soviet analogs. The next step will be 32kb RAM on КМ581РУ microcircuits
Note that the Apple 1 design is specific to the DS0025, as DS0026 doesn't work without modifications. I have a blog post describing the problem and a workaround.

Yes, I also encountered a noise (ap3 is an analog of ds0026), thank you!But in the case with AP3, logical levels were different. I had to put the divider level on the inputs of AP3

Hi everyone. Has anyone used 2716 instead of 2513?
Does anyone have firmware 2513 and the correct adapter scheme?
Thanks!

32k Memory Upgrade (кс581РУ4 * 16) was implemented on my test board.

I finally connected the keyboard!
I love this project. what is the earliest 6502 soviet processor available?
Thank you!I will look for 4К602ВМ1 (gold ceramic). There is another option for replacing the 588 series multiprocessor kit, fully compatible with the 6502 instruction system
UPD:
I remembered another curious option)original 6502 with an erased marking and the inscription "Микросхема микропроцессора(microprocessor chip)" engraved over it
It really existed)))

whats the story on that 6502 with the engraving?
what about the CM630P cpu?
By production of the AGAT computer (partially compatible with applе II) Factories did not keep pace with the release of the 6502 compatible processor. It was decided to use 6502, which was re-marked in order to hide the fact that their microprocessor is not yet ready.
Later in the computer used both the original 6502 and also compatible 4K602VM1 and CM630P

CM630P is great option, but i can't find the gold ceramic version
