You need an active network connection.

1. Start the program weather.exe
2. Size the window by dragging the lower right corner.
3. Click on "choose location" and pick a city.

Locations:
Munich, Milan, Paris, Dusseldorf, Stuttgart, Basel, Berne, Locarno, Geneva, Zurich

Locations planned for future versions :

- a capital cities of Europe
- all large swiss cities
- a map of Europe for easy picking of locations
