NetComm ARA Scripts

These are the latest (v1.1) ARA scripts for NetComm brand modems sold in
Australia. They support all modems including the new vFast modem (SmartModem
M11F) although I have yet to get it to work at 28.8K 
They were downloaded from the NetComm BBS.
